Developing Integrated Campaign
As a team leader, I closely collaborated with my team to achieve our primary objective of developing innovative solutions that could leverage emerging market opportunities. One of my main roles in this campaign was hands-on in designing the 3 concepts of the Key Visuals for this campaign that reflect the main goal of this Airline Service which is to transport almost all kinds of goods from around the world. I have created a comprehensive rebranding plan that aimed not only to attract new customers but also to retain our existing customer base. My approach was meticulously designed to seamlessly adapt to the evolving market trends, ensuring SACC's alignment with the dynamic nature of global demand and addressing the key aspects of Vision 2030.
Brief overview
To achieve the goals set out in Vision 2030, SACC (Saudi Airlines Cargo Company) needs to come up with innovative strategies to take advantage of emerging markets, attract and retain customers, and adapt to changing market trends. My main responsibility as a senior art director is to improve the SACC's market presence and ensure that they stay up to date with the latest industry developments by creating a powerful 360-degree marketing campaign for their relaunch locally and in the global markets.
Final Result
As a team leader, I and my team have undergone a major transformation by exploring innovative approaches to take advantage of current market opportunities. The core of this rebranding effort lies in adapting to the "new" market norms and embracing change through creative means. My main goal was to transform the organizational culture, promote innovation and flexibility, and implement advanced technologies to adapt to the changing market landscape, by rebranding Saudi Airline Cargo's old key visual system with an up-to-date modern and impactful visuals and marketing strategy for all their media channels, especially their Social Media channels.
By achieving this plan Saudi Airline Cargo, will become a dynamic and customer-centric entity, well-equipped to overcome the challenges posed by Vision 2030 and become a leader in our industry. This comprehensive rebranding strategy is aimed at achieving our vision of success.
